Utility Coordination

Utility coordination is a very critical part of the CE&I staff responsibility on most construciton projects.

Genesis CE&I works hard to foster a cooperative working relationship between all utilities, the contractor, and subcontractors. By keeping communications open and positive between all parties, the inevitable utility conflicts can often be headed off before they become problems.

When utlity conflicts do become problems, the CE&I consultant must be knowledgable of how to manage and resolve these issues. Genesis CE&I staff has years of experience successfully managing utility issues.
